Refund policy
Freethepine (hereinafter also referred to as “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us.”) is committed to
our Customer (“You” or “Your”) satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any
reason, you may request to refund within 30 business days of receiving it for a refund. Some
restrictions may apply.
RETURN
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 business days after receiving your
item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition
that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original swing tags (without cut off), and in its
original packaging.
In the event of a return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how
and where to send the package. It is important to initiate the return process and request the
shipping label prior to sending the item back to us, as any item returned without a proper return
request will not be accepted.
Please Note: Freethepine is not liable for any shipping costs of the product(s) returned. The
customer is liable for the shipping costs of the returned product.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Freethepine will require a period of 7-10 business days to
fully process the return and issue the refund. Customers should take this timeline into account
when making plans based on their expected refund. Furthermore, it is important that customers
understand that the refund amount will be clearly outlined once it has been issued. After
inspection of the product, If your return is accepted, We will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund. If the return of the product(s) is approved, your refund will be
processed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day period has expired or for
items that are not returned to us as per the condition mentioned in the above clauses. Any
disputes regarding the amount refunded will not be entertained by the Company.
NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT FOR GIFT CARDS, FINAL SALE ITEMS, OR ITEMS THAT
ARE WORN, WASHED, OR ALTERED.
EXCHANGES
“WE HAVE NO EXCHANGE POLICY”. Once the customers make a purchase, We don’t accept
exchanges.
To ensure the timely receipt of the item you desire, we suggest initiating a return for the original
item and subsequently placing a separate order for the new item. Returns of the products can be
made through our Website.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the
refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original
payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post
the refund too. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account, Then
contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary and it may take some
time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return, you’ve done
everything mentioned above and you still have not received your refund yet. Please “Contact
Us” at the contact details mentioned in the below-mentioned clause.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an order without charge at any time before the Company accepts the order. You
cannot cancel the order post acceptance of the order by the Company. The Company may cancel
an order (in full or partially) for reasons including shortage or unavailability of certain Products
or force majeure events. In case the Company cancels any order, You will not be charged for
such cancellations, and the Company will refund You for any payment already made.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you
have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a
justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or
unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
